Kitchen/DiningThe kitchen features a range of contemporary high gloss kitchen units with a full complement of fitted appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric hob and fan oven. Just off the kitchen is a modern oak dining table with matching chairs.

LivingThe living area has a pair of 2 seater leather sofas with cushions, a coffee table and lamp, flatscreen TV/DVD combi. A set of patio doors leads out onto the beautiful decking area. Wi-Fi is also available for your use. SleepingBedroom one features a double bed, a double glass fronted wardrobe and a mounted flatscreen TV/DVD combi. Heating is provided by an electric radiator. Bedroom two has a set of bunk-beds and a double glass fronted wardrobe and an electric radiator. BathroomA modern spacious shower room featuring a shower, an unusual corner toilet, and a pedestal sink and an electric towel-rail. OutsideTo the front of the property is a composite fibre decking area with a patio set for those al fresco moments in the warm summer sun.
