From a small, enclosed courtyard (table/chairs, barbecue, shared access), own outside stairs up to porch, front door and hall. Living room with woodburner, breakfast bar/stools, TV/Sky/DVD, door to balustrade and that lovely view; this is divided from the kitchen (slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer) by a semi-open old timber and plaster screen. Pretty double bedroom (5’ bed) and bathroom (suite, shower over bath). No children, except pre-crawling babies. A very nice place to stay and remarkably peaceful for such a prime seafront position.

"Bay view is conveniently located right on the sea front with a Juliet window enabling tenants to view the prom and the sea and watch the tide flow .We even saw dolphins swimming in the bay.The pub is only 50 yds away and serves fine fish dinners.The bus stop to Dartmouth is 20 yds from the flat and assists in walking the coastline."
