About this property

A modern, spacious property with an impressive design and sea views, perfect for a special celebrationA modern, spacious property with an impressive design and sea views, perfect for a special celebration

This one’s a bit of a showstopper if we’re honest…with a spacious, open plan design and contemporary features, The Lookout makes a special home from home for that group escape. The colourful living area makes a warm, friendly space to catch up while you listen to your favourite playlist on the iPod dock, and The Orangery just off the lounge enjoys floor to ceiling windows that lead out to the patio and garden.

Summer evenings are all about making the most of the barbeque and the lawned back garden, and there’s plenty of outside space for the kids to play and the dogs to stretch their legs in between walkies. Upstairs, the master bedroom treats its guests to sea views, and the en suite bathroom’s home to a standalone bath for those long lazy soaks. There are four spacious bedrooms in total, and two are found on the ground floor.

You’ll find The Lookout in the picturesque village of Stoke Fleming. Perfect for walkers, it’s close to some of the South West Coast Path’s most spectacular stretches, and historic Dartmouth’s a short drive away for that day out exploring. And for those of you keen to sample the area’s seafood, head to The Brill Plaice, a friendly bistro with a reputation for serving up the best fish and chips in the region.
Please note that bedrooms one and two are located on the first floor, as a result, in some parts there is restricted head height

...Walk down the footpath to Dartmoutth, about 2.5 miles with stunning views, and call in the Castle Tearoom, before wandering on to Dartmoutth and catching the bus back Submitted by Laura on 16/03/2018
