Beyond the garden are fields with marvellous panoramic views along the Salcombe Estuary and to Dartmoor on a clear day, which you are welcome to wander. 

From the parking area a path leads to each front door, both surrounded by climbing roses. The house has an entrance porch with space for coats/boots. Farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, Aga, separate cooker, larder fridge) with table/chairs seating 6 and sofa. Living room with woodburner, comfy seating for 8 and TV/DVD. Sunroom with vaulted ceiling/beams, dining table seating 12, piano, French windows to terrace and view over the garden. Utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, freezer) and cloakroom (loo). Oak stairs up to three bedrooms, all with views of the garden – a large double (5’ bed) with en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath), a twin with window seat and creek glimpses, and another double (5’ bed); bathroom (suite, shower over bath).
