The cottage shares the beautiful garden (table/benches) with the owners who live in the adjacent farmhouse. To the front, level lawn flanked by pretty terraces, up which are increasingly stunning views; at the top, another table/chairs makes the most of the view. Beyond the garden, up 30 unfenced steps, are fields which you are welcome to wander, with marvellous panoramic views along the Salcombe estuary and to Dartmoor on a clear day. 

Snug living room with woodburner and TV/DVD. Well-equipped galley-style kitchen (fridge, electric cooker) with foldaway table/chairs. Ground-floor shower-room (wet-room suite). Stairs up to two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), and a twin. Spring water. Best for no more than 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A snug little cottage in a beautiful hidden location close to the spectacular South Hams coastline.
