Carefully tended garden surrounds all, with a little stream (unfenced) running through, connecting with Slapton Ley, and shared lawn beyond. For the reasonably fit, a pleasant lane walk to pub (1⅓ mile, less via footpath/lane, remember torch). B&B available in farmhouse; hearty farmhouse breakfasts and WiFi available in B&B dining room. Spring water. A lovely part of the South Hams.

... The Milking Parlour is semi-detached to the farmhouse and has an enclosed gravelled sunny area (table/chairs) to the front; living/dining room with TV/DVD and glazed doors to garden; kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer); two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), and a twin; bathroom (suite, shower over bath).
