Situated on the waterfront in the heart of Salcombe, this well presented apartment boasts stunning views of the main anchorage.
As you walk into the property, you see the beautiful Salcombe estuary through the French doors in the lounge/kitchenette. In the bathroom is a walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The bedroom has a pulldown double bed.
A well fitted kitchenette with breakfast bar is perfect for casual dining, and there is a table and chairs to sit four people. The lounge has a freesat TV and French doors that lead out to the balcony so you can enjoy the views over, the gardens, outdoor pool, Salcombe estuary and the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth.
This property is perfect for two people to explore Salcombe and it’s neighbouring villages and towns. Just a short walk away, take the ferry to East Portlemouth to relax on sandy beaches. As Salcombe is well-known for its popular sailing scene, why not you’re your hand at water sports with Salcombe Dinghy Sailing.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

Boats of up to 5m (16ft 4inches) long and 2m (6ft 6 inches) beam, may be moored on the pontoon.

Itâs compact but with plenty of room for a couple. The balcony and the view are spectacular. Itâs also great to have a parking spot right in the centre of the town. In another month or so we would have had an outdoor pool to enjoy as well - but we did like how quiet it was a bit out of season. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. We couldnât find the cooker switch - but coast and country helped us out very quickly!

Clean and had everything you need for two people. Best view anyone could wish for. A truely restful stay. Very quiet in January which was a real treat as Salcombe is a very busy place to be in peak times. Highly recommend. We found beautiful walks which we hadnât done before. Thank you.

The accommodation was kept to a good clean standard, The water front view was spectacular and was fortunate with the weather to be able to sit out on the patio. There was plenty of places to eat out and we enjoyed lovely coastal walks in Salcombe. We would return to this accommodation.
