Parking was not a problem this week, as no one was next door. I parked outside the cottage all week and no trouble getting into space with a small Honda. There are two local carparks, Shadycombe (max 14 hours) and Creek car park which has a 24 hour car park. Most things were in the cottage that we needed. The cottage was warm enough in the day, but at times it did feel a little chilly at night (October). The radiators in the bathrooms, on the first floor and loft spaces were easy to use with the instructions. The living spaces and the bedrooms could do with some blankets, on sofas and ends of beds to use in the evenings. We had to use the additional duvets from the other beds for the bedrooms. The oven worked a treat, just needed a light as I think it has gone. We enjoyed Salcombe.

We were able to park in the cottage's parking space with our Yaris cross (please note other reviews). The kitchen was well equipped and the cottage lovely and clean and welcoming. It was warm on a chilly and wet spring day. The two twin beds in the front bedroom were very firm. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you.

Plus great location! BUT its a shame the owners didn't listen to past feedback of the king size bed being so uncomfortable! There appeared to be a ridge down the centre & also sloped down on one side - very odd. So from lack of sleep after lovely days out - it gave a bitter taste to the stay. We had to leave a couple of days earlier to get home for some rest (such a shame). The parking space definitely will only fit a mini.
