With just a short walk to the Coastal Path, or to Bridgend Quay where you can launch a small boat, this is the perfect location to discover South Devon and beyond. Noss Mayo enjoys easy access to plenty of sandy beaches, several market towns and the vast beauty of Dartmoor. The village is also home to two delightful waterside pubs serving local beers and locally sourced food. Whatever time of the year you are visiting, Oystercatcher provides a perfect base for a superb holiday.

Accommodation.

Ground floor:  Large open plan living room with spacious lounge area furnished with splendid leather sofa, large flat screen TV, DVD,  iPod dock and french doors to outside. Attractive dining table for two. Well appointed, stylish kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and breakfast bar with stools. First floor: Beautiful Master bedroom with 5ft kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, stylish sofa and glass balcony with table and chairs. En suite shower room with large shower, hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The adjoining owners' B&B also offers additional accommodation should you have extra guests visiting you for a stopover by the coast

Please note: At times there may be livestock in the adjoining the grounds, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead if so.

Outside: Extensive terraced gardens with seating areas and BBQ area.
