Glazed doors to suntrap conservatory with French windows to terrace (table/chairs, barbecue) and superb views across the river. Glazed doors into snug with TV/video, children’s games and the view. Breakfast room. Archway to well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob/eye-level oven/grill, microwave) with island unit and hatch to living/dining room.
