Newly renovated in 2015, it has been made smart, modern and completely private from the friendly owners’ adjoining home. Own good-sized, enclosed garden with sunny terrace (table/chairs, barbecue), flower-bordered lawns and mature trees at the back; in front, a gated, gravelled drive with space for parking/boat trailer. 

Front door to hall; living room (TV/DVD/PVR) with comfy leather sofas (one converts to double bed for alternative sleeping) and woodburner (logs included); smart kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer, larder fridge, electric cooker, TV) with door to step down to terrace. Three bedrooms – the master double (5’ bed, footboard) with en suite shower-room (suite), a double (5’ bed), and a family room with four singles (two truckle beds). Bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Sleeps maximum of 6 adults. Pets must sleep in cages. A peaceful retreat on the edge of a popular waterside village.
