Alternatively, enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif on the lower terrace, watching the sun go down. A perfect holiday home at any time of year, ideally situated just a short drive to the coast, to the beauty of Dartmoor or, with lovely walks from the doorstep, an ever-changing view, and a fantastic village eatery within easy walking distance you may choose not to move the car all week and enjoy all that the immediate area has to offer.

Accommodation: Steps lead down from parking to front entrance hall on First Floor. Large lounge diner with fabulous full floor patio doors and balcony with glass balustrade commanding fabulous estuary views.  Comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player, sideboard with plenty of books and games, dining area to seat six. Kitchen with superb views, built in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. On this level adjacent to the lounge is Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, drawers and hanging hooks. Lower level: Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with 4ft 6 inch bed, built in wardrobes and beautiful views, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, built in wardrobes and door to upper level sun terrace. Family bathroom with bath, pedestal basin, WC and heated towel rail and separate shower cubicle.

Outside: Steps lead down to two levels of paved terraces overlooking the estuary with garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal barbecue. The patio can also be accessed from the second double bedroom, a perfect spot for morning coffee.

It is to be noted that the balcony and terraces have several steps, levels and drops and is not ideal for young children as constant supervision is essential.

Parking: Private off road parking space for two cars.
