This bright and airy cottage has been newly refurbished and is finished to a beautifully high standard throughout. The modern kitchen is well equipped whether you want to whip up a quick lunch or create a culinary masterpiece. The spacious dining area looks across the glorious garden and has enough space for the whole family to dine in style.
The real highlight of this property is the large and well maintained garden to the back of the cottage. With the patio and dining table and mature trees overhanging, this is a wonderful spot to get in touch with nature and relax in the sun with the whole clan.
Although Pentire is set in a tranquil location away from the noise of any towns, you will find the tourist destinations of Torbay and the charming town of Totnes easy to reach by car. If you don’t feel like venturing too far out, there is a village shop nearby and The Church House Inn, a locally renowned pub serving excellent food within walking distance.
Home made meals can be prepared for your arrival upon request.

This holiday home is full of charm from the gated entrance to the dining room with view over the garden. Our two cairns were totally at home and loved the large safe garden. The kitchen was well equipped from the coffee maker to the dabs. Radio. The cake and wine very welcoming. The lounge and bedrooms very cosy. This was booked at short notice but went very smoothly.

We spent a week at Pentire in Paignton. The house was really well furnished and had everything you could want to make the stay comfortable, the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need including a tassimo coffee machine and a sonos music player. The photos on the website don't quite do it justice, the house is very spacious, the gardens are very well kept and it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day out on Dartmoor or exploring the beaches nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning again sometime soon.

We all had a wonderful holiday at Pentire. The house is well maintained and spotlessly clean. There is everything you need and the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast at the large patio table while watching the squirrels and the rabbits. The property is located in a very peaceful area with easy access to local amenities and good links to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth etc. We will definitely be booking to stay at Pentire again.
