Path across shared courtyard to front door to hall (cupboard for coats/boots); two smart bedrooms – a double with en suite shower-room (suite), and a twin (zip-linkable to 6’ double) with en suite loo, both with window seats looking over small tiered Mediterranean-style courtyard; bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Open tread spiral stairs up to open-plan living/dining room with woodburner (logs provided), TV/Sky/DVD/PVR, high ceilings and huge glazed doors to garden. Stylish kitchen (slimline dishwasher, small microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob/electric oven) with glazed door to garden; utility cupboard (washing machine, tumble drier). Loo. More spiral stairs up to second floor and the huge master bedroom (6’ bed) with high ceilings, apex beams, Velux window and en suite bathroom (suite, ¾-size bath plus hand-shower, bidet). A relaxed and peaceful retreat after a day exploring and enjoying nearby beaches.
