Kitchen and Utilities: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Electric Oven (x2) + Induction hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer

Entertainment: 52" Smart TV, wifi. Separate games area with Smart TV and PlayStation 5

Outside: Outside balcony, paved courtyard, outside table and chairs, hot tub, bowling green, boat house with 2 paddle boards and a canoe, direct water access. This stunning property is located on the water front so children must be to be supervised at all times.

Parking: A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in th Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property.  Spaces are on a  first come first serve basis. EV charger available at car park.

General: Wifi Provided, Bed linen and towels provided, Travel cot & highchair available. No smoking, sorry no pets allowed. Please be aware Beacon Road, the road that approaches Ravenswell is 6'6" wide therefore, most cars do not fit down this road. space for 2 small cars outside house, check width. Please approach this road at your own risk. 

Security deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
