About this property

A delightful apartment with stunning views across to DartmouthA delightful apartment with stunning views across to Dartmouth

Step into 3 The Pines and the first thing that’ll strike you is the view. Wander through the open plan living space and step onto the balcony and you’ll see the river Dart shimmering in all its glory in the distance, complete with bobbing boats to complete the picture.

Back inside, and the living space has a contemporary feel, and we can’t think of a more relaxing spot to sit back and enjoy the sight of the rolling countryside while you unwind after a busy day. The living area has space for the whole group to enjoy time out together, and when it comes to dining, the dining space has been thoughtfully placed to showcase the beautiful views.

With three bedrooms, this bright, airy apartment’s perfect for break with friends or as a family, and the master bedroom’s beautiful. Apex windows flood the room with views across the Dart, and trust us, you’ll never tire of waking up to the sight of the water glistening in the distance.

You’ll find 3 The Pines in the peaceful resort of Kingswear, just across the water from historic Dartmouth, just a ten minute stroll from the local shops and the Dartmouth ferry, you’ll be within easy reach of some of South Devon’s most popular family days out.

Dartmouth offers several foodie restaurants, pubs and boutique shops to explore. Or, for a greater selection of shops and an abundance of tourist attractions, the towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay are well within easy reach. And for those bucket and spade days there are many beaches to enjoy in the surrounding area, the closest being Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands only a short drive away.

... Our favourite visit was Colleton Fishacre which shouldn't be missed, but it doesn't take that long to drive up onto Dartmoor either and enjoy the walks. If you can get to the Start Inn at Start Bay they have the best fish and chips we have ever had. The walk up from the ferry will help you to get fit and work off the effect of the fish and chips! ...very relaxing. We loved that it was high on the hill for the panoramic views overlooking Kingswear creek, river Dart and Dartmouth. The master bedroom was superb with the fantastic views of Dartmouth from the picture window. It is an excellent base to explore the area. We especially loved the dining area in the turret, fabulous! The steps up to the apartment are quite steep, but my mother who is nearly eighty managed them ok,even after a full day out. We used the car everytime we went out. The bus stop is at the bottom of the hill, which I believe takes you all around the bay. The parking was excellent, on the street outside the property, which pleased my husband.
