...great, the flat was perfect and comfortable,it was very modern and immaculate.We were on the main road but this was not a problem and directly opposite the marina.Parking there was six pounds for twenty four hours and Kingswear is all resident parking,but we were told of two places to park but they were a good walk away.One of the best things we found was the transport,they have got it spot on.Out of the flat,walk left,cross the road was the bus stop to Brixham and other towns, or further down same road was the amazing steam train to Paignton, what a site,next to the station was the car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth and they ran all day until gone eleven at night.Perfect we hardly used the car and went all over.We stayed ten days and loved it. ...from the ferry and steam train station, and with views across the estuary to Dartmouth. It was equipped to a very high standard, very clean and comfortable with everything in full working order. The decor and furniture was the best we have experienced in a rented holiday property. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone - perfect for a couple wanting a quiet, relaxing break.
