With great walks right from the doorstep and the village pub a stone's throw away, you wont be disappointed with this gem of a cottage, it  really is a treat to visit at any time of year.

Ground Floor: Large kitchen dining room with well equipped kitchen, gas range, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double butler sink. Beautiful bespoke farmhouse dining table to seat six and leather sofa with chaise. Step down to charming sitting room with comfortable sofas, wood burner, flat screen TV and DVD, french doors to garden. (Please note: dogs must not be allowed in the sitting room.) Steps from the kitchen lead down to the utility room with washing machine. Through utility to ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, radiator and WC. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom  with 4ft 6 inch double bed, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Wrought iron open tread spiral staircase leads to first floor and Bedroom 2: Furnished with 4ft 6 inch double bed and a 3ft day bed with 3ft single truckle underneath, providing twin beds (or can be pushed together to form a  double).(NB low beams in attic bedroom)
