Own private patio (table/chairs) and you are welcome to wander the 3 acres of grounds (swing) and visit the owners’ stained glass studio. Utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) in separate barn.
Six steps up to patio. Door into open-plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with beams, tiled floor, electric woodburner-effect fire and TV/DVD/video. Shower-room (suite). Stairs up to two bedrooms with beams and wood floors (rugs) – a double, and a family room with double and single beds. Bathroom (suite with roll-top bath). Sleeps maximum of 4. A peaceful place for enjoying the surrounding countryside and South Hams beaches.
