At the back, kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, range-style cooker with ceramic hob/electric double ovens) with light from glazed roof and stable doors to garden; downstairs loo. From living room, stairs (stairgates, care needed, some narrow treads) wind up to two double bedrooms, one with zip-linked 6’ bed or twin and old panelling along one wall; bathroom (suite, shower over bath plus hand-shower). Loading/unloading outside; lane parking, 100 yards. A welcoming cottage in a friendly village, well located for exploring the beautiful South Hams coastline.

"Charming cottage in a quiet village. Being close to Wonwell beach (only 1 mile away) was great for our two terriers. The enclosed garden bordering the field of bullocks was entertaining although secure for all concerned - both sides backing away at the close proximity of the other! The cottage itself is well stocked with everything you would need for a quiet break with no need to go far. If you felt the need to venture then there are a number of eateries within a few miles from the cottage and their details are all pinned on the kichen notice board. We can defintely recommend the Pickwick Inn on the way to Bigbury on Sea (about 3 miles away). Ideal stress reliever which I am sure we will come back to. "
