This two bedroom, reverse level house is bright and airy inside and thoughtfully furnished with a nautical theme, so there’ll be no mistaking your waterside location.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fabulously bright and large open plan living, kitchen and dining area, equipped with everything thing you might need, whether you want to kick back in front of the TV, or cook a feast for the family. With three sofas and a dining table for six, there is plenty of space for the whole group to come together.

From the living area you can step out onto the balcony with its truly spectacular views over the estuary. The scenery here is ever changing with an array of boats, paddle boarders and kayakers drifting on by throughout the day on the glorious estuary. 

The Boat House is set in a beautiful spot in Kingsbridge, next door to the popular award winning Crabshell Inn and a short walk away from the Kingsbridge Leisure Centre which offers a wonderful swimming pool and an array of classes and activities for those days when the sun doesn't shine as brightly.

The town centre is a gentle five minute walk away for when you need to collect those essentials, and if you fancy a day sunning yourself by the coast, there’s a choice of beautiful, sandy beaches just a short drive away.
