...the house as a bit of a treat for us and our wider family whilst visiting the UK (from Bahrain). It certainly lived up to expectations and we ended our trip on a high. Fiona the host was there to meet us and had arranged everything to suit our needs. There was a homemade cake to greet us which was a lovely touch. We took advantage of the chef Steve and who cooked dinner for our family on two evenings. It was fantastic. The house is very sumptuous, with a very large family kitchen with everything you would need - even for gourmet cooks. It’s decorated beautifully throughout; each bedroom has a different theme. Our little ones loved collecting the eggs from the chicken coop and playing in the large garden. Location is very good, within a few minutes of the little village, boutique shops, small supermarket, butchers etc. Also close to Plymouth and other attractions. Would definitely book again.
