For Families: Travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot).
Parking: 1 off street designated space is provided.
General: WiFi provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen & towels provided.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes -Non-smoking property. WiFi Provided. Weak Mobile Phone Coverage. a window cleaner does attend the property from time to time. No pets.
Short Breaks - Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August.

Smuggler’s View was perfect. Wonderful location and with a stunning view - meals at the dining table were a delight looking out over Hope Cove. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully refurbished. We are already planning our next visit. Absolutely lovely.

Hope Cove is an idyllic location in South Devon and Smugglers View provides a perfect getaway from which to walk the Coastal Path or explore the surrounding area.

Quiet location with just a short walk to the beach. Short steep uphill when walking back to property. Ideally situated for walking on south west coastal path.
