This cosy romantic cottage is located in a rural setting on a small sheep farm close to Dartmouth.

Dartmoor and the Devonshire beaches are both easily accessible making this the perfect base to explore the delights of southern Devon.

Located only 6 miles from the beautiful Devon coast and towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge the cottages are located on the owners small working sheep farm which is nestled in the tranquil valley of the River Gara.

The area is surrounded by rolling hills where sheep and cattle graze and in an Area of Great Landscape Value in the heart of the South Hams.

Within a short drive is Dartmoor and the South Devon Coastal Path, the gardens of Agatha Christies Greenway on the River Dart and the D’Oyle Cartes Collaton Fishacre (both National Trust) are nearby.

The 3 cottages are located in the courtyard of the farm, from as the names suggest the stables, granary and the byre providing cosy accommodation for couples or a family.

Retaining the original beams and exposed stone walls the cottages make the perfect all year round holiday destination with patio areas to relax in on summer days.

This cosy cottage is an ideal romantic retreat away from the pressures of city life and is tucked away in the corner of the grassy courtyard.
The upside down accommodation has old maple floors with rugs, under floor heating throughout and is stylishly furnished and decorated in rustic natural colours which complement the old walls and comprises:Bedroom with double bed and hand built wardrobe.
Wet room with shower, hand basin and WC.First floor:
Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed stone walls, beams and TV/DVD player.
Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, washer/dryer and fridge.All gas, electric, bed linen and towels provided.
