When you want to stretch your legs, the South West Coast Path runs alongside Gara Rock and has some of the most spectacular scenery in the UK, you can take on as much of the path as you like depending on whether you want a gentle stroll or a day’s trek. If you fancy exploring a little further, the charming towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are just a short drive away and have an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
Access to Gara Rock is via a narrow country lane. Access to the beach is via a south west coast path down a steep cliff. As a result access would be unsuitable for people with limited mobility
