The open plan living space and double fronted aspect combined with being amongst a great mix of shops, restaurants and pubs make this a fantastic place to enjoy all that Dartmouth has to offer. Living/Dining RoomThe living area has two big sofas to relax in, Freeview flat screen TV/DVD player and internet access.
KitchenThe modern kitchen has all the usual appliances: cooker, hob, microwave, fridge.
Large dining table with 6 chairs.
SleepingThe master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has twin beds.
BathroomThe family bathroom has a shower over bath, basin and toilet and a heated towel rail.
The ensuite shower room comprises of a shower cubical, low level wc and washbasin.
ParkingThere is a parking permit for an undesignated space at the Mayor's Avenue car park in town and the Park and Ride at the top of Dartmouth.

So convenient <br />Great location in Dartmouth, very quiet and comfortable. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. The car park pass is great and there were always spaces available when we came back after days out. The only criticism as mentioned by other guests is the shared entrance which is a bit shabby ( and smelly probably due to the bin bags) Overall a great place and would highly recommend

Amazing weather and superb apartment in a great location. <br />Bayards is a superb place to stay. It is well equipped, spacious and clean and in a great location close to all amenities. The use of the car parking/park & ride pass was a great help. We love Dartmouth and have been visiting for 30 years. Would definitely book Bayards again.
