Built with entertainment and socialising in mind, 3 The Drive boasts a stunning 35' open-plan sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove, and bi-folding glass doors opening on to the terrace and garden – a superb spot for al fresco dining.

The elegantly hand crafted kitchen and utility room are well equipped with Siemens appliances, making self-catering a pleasure. The property has five good sized bedrooms. At first floor level are two superb en suite double rooms, each with a super-King size (zip and link) bed. Also at this level is a spacious en suite children's bedroom with full-size bunk beds and a large TV with Sky. There are two further bedrooms at second floor level, each with a King-size double bed. There is a second floor family bathroom with a freestanding bath to accommodate these rooms, plus a ground floor shower room.

With so much space to relax together as a group, this is the perfect accommodation for a large gathering of friends or family.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
