Kitchen: A newly fitted kitchen with, electric hob, oven and extractor fan. Microwave, cafetiere, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table and chairs for four.
Lounge: Online smart TV with built in Freeview and Netfilx. A two-seater settee and a free-standing Moroccan style chair. A free-standing lamp with another smaller lamp, a feature clock and some lovely homely photographs. Storage cupboard under the stairs with hoover inside.
Upstairs to bedrooms: Via staircase which includes 12 stairs.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6”), 2 bedside tables and lamp, seat with storage and an antique chest of draws.
Bedroom 2 with En-suite: Double bed (4’6”) with built in clothes hanging space with 3 draws, iron and ironing board. En-suite Bathroom: Basin, WC and shower cubicle.
Main Bathroom: Low level toilet with hand basin. Large shower cubicle with overhead hose, separate wall mounted hose.
Garden and Parking: Outside decked terrace area with table and seating for 4 people. Parking: Although there is no parking with the property, a car parking permit is provided for use in the town centre car park ‘Mayors Avenue’ all year round.
Changeover Day: Saturday
Security Deposit: this property has a £150 Good housekeeping deposit, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the balance of your holiday OR you can choose to pay the £5 per person Good housekeeping deposit waiver instead.
Power and Heat: Gas central heating, included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.5miles Pub: 0.5miles
Short Breaks: Short breaks accepted.
Notes: 2 pets accepted, WiFi provided.
