Overview4 Dart Marina is a beautifully modern luxury two bedroom house located in the very popular Dart Marina Hotel complex in Dartmouth, this wonderful house has the most amazing River Dart backdrop where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the gentle tones of the boats floating in the background. Based in the Dart Marina Hotel complex you'll benefit from the short walk into Dartmouth's town centre where you can taste the delights of Dartmouth's crab meat, pick up some fresh fish from Mark Lobb and cook it all in the blissful kitchen at 4 Dart Marina. This is a spacious property with ample storage and living space for when the property is at full capacity, each member of the family will fully appreciate the breathtaking views that can be seen from the property and will create memories that last a lifetime. This is luxury is every sense and perfect for a special occasion or family holiday.Kitchen/Dining/LivingOnce you've walked through the hallway you'll make your way into the open place kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is directly on your left, this is a well equipped kitchen with a large built in fridge freezer, a free standing cooker with four ring gas hob, grill with conventional option and a lower oven with fan assisted selection. Above the cooker is an extractor hood, helpful if you're cooking the Sunday fry up ready for alfresco breakfast on the patio. There is also a kettle,  a toaster that can fit four slices in one go, microwave, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, as a helpful design feature the worktop surround the whole kitchen area creating more room for preparation and serving. Everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The dining area is next to the kitchen, a solid dark wooden table with matching chairs with suede seat pads is available to use and seats up to four people. The whole of the back of the property is makes the living space with french doors leading out onto the patio terrace. The living area has a sideboard which contains instructions for all of the appliances in the property, placemats, coasters and the cushions for the furniture outside. There is a plush two seater sofa and two very inviting free standing chairs, the seating is based around a leather coffee table in front of the electric fire and the flat screen TV with the iPod docking station with a sound system that connects to every room in the house and the blue-ray DVD player. This open plan room is perfect for socialising with the whole family to catch up on each others adventures from the day. Bedrooms4 Dart Marina has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the back of the property with an extraordinary outlook of the River Dart and Kingswear. This is a spacious room with a kingsize bed, directly opposite the windows so you can wake up and have breakfast looking out to the boats, there are two bedside cabinets on either side of the bed with storage drawers and a bedside light on each. To one side of the bedroom you've got a double door built in wardrobe, the doors are mirrored from top to bottom, with a hairdryer inside available to use. This room also comes with a dressing table and chair, with a lamp and drawers. The second bedroom is a twin room with zip and link beds, depending on your party arrangement you can have two separate beds or one large king bed, on each side of the bed are bedside cabinets with bedside lights. As you walk into the bedroom, located on your right, is a large double wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors with wardrobe space and storage shelves inside, a very helpful feature if you're staying for a special occasion. In front of the beds is a dressing table, much like the dressing table in the master bedroom, with a chair, mirror and drawers underneath. BathroomsThere are a total of two bathrooms, with the luxury feature of underfloor heating in both and there is also a downstairs cloakroom in 4 Dart Marina. The cloakroom is located in the front hallway of the property, this is a spacious room with a modern white suite with a WC, shelving above the WC, a hand basin with a towel holder and a large mirror above. The second bathroom is the family bathroom, this is upstairs between the two bedrooms. This is a large bathroom with a Grecian theme, marbled tiles decorate the floors and walls, making it easier to tidy up after the little ones have gone to bed. There is a large double hand basin and a WC with mirrors running across the wall with cupboard space behind, and then at the end of the bathroom there is a bath with a wall mounted shower. A wall mounted chrome towel rail is opposite the handbasin, ready and waiting to keep your towels warm. The third bathroom is the ensuite to the twin bedroom, this has a large double hand basin, a WC with mirrors across the wall with storage space behind and a floor to ceiling built in walk in shower. This shower has two showers heads, one detachable and a stationary shower head, both in chrome. Within the shower there is a built in shelf/seat, suitable for guests of all ages. Outside SpaceLocated at the back of the property looking out to the River Dart is the terrace patio area, there is a beautifully kept hedge that adds some privacy to the back garden and there is also a garden table and chairs available to use throughout your holiday, making the perfect excuse to sit outside and watch the world go by with a glass o wine. You'll find the cushions for the chairs in the side board in the living room. Parking4 Dart Marina comes with its very own dedicated car park space located within the Dart Marina Hotel complex. It is clearly labelled as Number 50.
