Vine Cottage is a beautiful one bedroom, cosy cottage that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Situated just outside of the historic town of Modbury you will find Vine Cottage nestled into the countryside, on the Coombe Farm Complex.

This private cottage has a lovely cosy feel, on the ground floor the spacious living area is open plan with the fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area. The stairs lead up to the large bedroom with en suite bathroom and beautiful countryside views. Both the living area and the bedroom benefit from Sky+ HD TV and DVD players for relaxing evenings indoors.

The nearest town is Modbury, a historic market town set in a beautiful rural location, between the unspoiled golden sandy beaches of South Devon and the extensive wilderness of Dartmoor. Modbury has a unique collection of individual shops, small businesses, restaurants, public houses and art galleries where personal service is alive and well!

From Vine Cottage you're in a great position to access the glorious beaches at Bigbury-on-Sea and Thurlestone. Modbury also has 12 footpaths, two bridleways and several 'green lanes', all within unspoiled countryside in the heart of the South Devon.

...respect two people and our baby, which is set on a lovely working farm/vineyard set away in a peaceful location. The owners were extremely friendly and very keen to tell you about their passion and time they have spent developing the vineyard and farm. They also had great knowledge of the area and gave us some good recommendations on places to visit. The cottage has been renovated to a high spec and has everything you would need. Great location to reach Dartmoor and also local beaches and towns. We would definitely stay here again! Submitted by David on 24/04/2017
