The Shippen is a delightful cottage set in the peaceful village of Aveton Gifford in South Devon. The village is perfectly located within the South Hams with beautiful Bantham beach, Bigbury-on-sea and Burgh Island all within a short drive. Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Thurlestone are also all within easy reach, as well as the Ocean city of Plymouth which is steeped in maritime history. The cottage is ideal for any holiday with light and spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, a lovely enclosed patio and garden which is great for children and dogs, a games area and three parking spaces. There are four bedrooms in total but with two bedrooms being situated on one side of the house and two on the other it means it is very well suited for families, groups or two couples. From the property the village shop, local pub and River Avon which is a stunning walk along the tidal road, are just a stroll away.

Please note there is no first floor access from bedrooms 1&2 to bedrooms 3&4.
