It looks over its own enclosed garden (table/chairs) with 6 acres of shared grounds (big wildlife pond) and meadows beyond for you to enjoy and explore (children should be supervised). Network of footpaths from the door.
Six steps up from parking area into large living/dining room with inglenook (woodburner), TV/Blu-ray, wood floor (rug); kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, electric cooker/induction hob, oil-fired Aga - available 1 October to 1 May) with glazed doors to little terrace (table/chairs), and back door; loo. Stairs (stairgates) up to landing and second living room with sofa bed and clothes-hanging cupboards; immediately off this room, a bathroom (suite) and 2 steps up to a double bedroom (5’ bed), formerly the hayloft; from landing, two more bedrooms – a double, and a single and another bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Spring water. Arrival after 4pm. A snug, well-equipped retreat to return to after visiting surrounding beaches and countryside.
