Despite a problem with the heating, it was resolved swiftly.

We had a very nice stay at Rose Cottage, but felt there were some things that could have been better. I sent an email to the owner listing these and was quite disappointed to receive a reply that was quite dismissive of several of the issues. I had read reviews from previous guests and thought they would have been addressed, but they certainly had not. One issue I raised concerning lack of toilet roll holders in the bathrooms, I was astonished that the owner thinks having them stacked on a shelf is acceptable and a style choice, I think it is utterly unhygienic. I will not list the issues I raised with the owner, just hope she does take notice rather than think I'm being malicious or destructive.
