West Vane comprises the left wing of the original Georgian Manor House. Stylishly converted, inside you'll find lots of original period features which have been nicely retained to offer glimpses into the splendour of the estate's affluent past. Your own private corner garden overlooks the extensive grounds. On the ground floor, the sunlit lounge/diner has a double aspect with large bay windows overlooking the gardens. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a large double with king-size bed and garden views, and a bright and cheery bunk room. High ceilings and bright, airy rooms throughout all add to the overall feeling of space and grandeur.

The market town of Modbury rests in the South Devon aonb, on the western side the South Hams. Modbury offers shops, pubs and restaurants. Surrounded by fields and bordered by coastline, this place has opportunities for walking, cycling, golfing, sailing, surfing and sea bathing. Explore the South Devon coast with its beaches and coastal path. Visit the estuary towns and villages of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Plymouth and Dartmoor are both close at hand. A brilliant holiday location at any time of year.
