The ground floor comprises an open plan living room with stairs to the first floor landing. As you enter the home there is a warm and cosy lounge, beautifully furnished, with wood beamed ceilings. The lounge contains 2 sofas, a flat screen TV, Music Centre, VCR and DVD player.

Off the rear of the lounge is a dining area, comfortably seating 6 with views over the countryside through cottage pane windows.

The kitchen caters for all your needs and is modern and airy, but with cottage appeal. A fully equipped country kitchen contains an oven and ceramic hob,dishwasher, washing machine (under stairs inside cupboard), microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster, large larder fridge with freezer compartment, as well as all other essential kitchen utensils and crockery.

Willingcott is set in 100 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds including a small fishing lake and a communal swimming pool.
