It is a perfectly located cottage with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the feel of the whole house was perfect. The only very minor negative I can think of is poor WiFi especially in the bedrooms but who comes to North Devon to spend hours on their phones. I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Elm Cottage.

Perfect for a nice cool summer evening wander! House had everything we needed, very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Only slight negative would be the 9am checkout time which was quite early, especially with lots of admin around sorting of bins and stripping of beds, bagging towels etc, but aside from that we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
