This charming semi detached barn conversion has floor to ceiling glass doors leading into a light and bright open plan living room with dining and kitchen areas. A cosy wood burning stove, wooden flooring, attractive internal stone walling and original oak beams create a real home from home atmosphere. The stylish modern kitchen area with contrasting slate tile flooring is extremely well equipped. The two well furnished bedrooms are carpeted for additional comfort and also feature vaulted ceilings and oak beams. The King room has an ensuite bathroom and the twin an ensuite shower room. To the front of the property enjoying that splendid view, the pretty patio area is ideal for al fresco dining or just pure relaxation. A perfect choice for couples and families who enjoy walking and cycling straight from the doorstep, and within easy reach of Exmoor and the beautiful North Devon Coastline.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/dining/kitchen with TVwith freeview, DVD, stereo and wood burning stove. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with King and ensuite bathroom with bath with shower attachment over bath, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Twin and ensuite shower room with WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. Individually controlled under floor heating. Complimentary basket of logs. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Ample parking space. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.

Spent a lovely week and the weather was glorious. Did the long walk up Pen Y Fan and the panoramic almost 360 degrees view along the ridge was truly magnificent. The cottage was great and had everything we needed in a super location. The only thing I would like to have in the cottage would be a garden or proper outside space. We would definitely return to the same cottage.

We had a most enjoyable stay at Kingfisher Reach topped only by the perfect weather. The cottage was both well equipped and comfortable. The instruction and information packs together with the details of walks and local places of interest to visit were the best we've come across and very useful. The booking was easy and straight forward and we are glad that we booked the extra days which became available. All in all the high standards made for a memorable holiday with the hope that it will not be too long before we can return
