Much of the character of the original barn has been preserved including high ceilings, feature beams and the spacious living room has been converted to include the original central beam where horses would have been tethered to grinding stones.  All main rooms have been designed to offer lovely rural views and large floor to ceiling windows and bi-fold patio doors over look a large external terrace making the property light and airy and extending the living space into the open air.  The property offers two bedrooms and three bathrooms making it ideal for a family holiday or a memorable break with friends. Visitors are welcome to roam the 300 acre sheep farm and the large terrace ideal for relaxation or alfresco dining. This rural retreat is just 3 miles from the historic market town of South Molton whilst there is easy access to the whole of North Devon via the the North Devon Link road on the outskirts of South Molton so that visits to the wonderful scenic coastal landscape and sandy surfing beaches are all less than a 40 minute scenic drive.

General: WiFi, Woodburner, Thermostatically controlled electric heating. Spring water supply, regularly serviced. 

Entertainment: Smart TV 

Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine.

Other: 4pm arrival time. Maximum party 4 plus 1 infant in cot (Do not provide cot). Provide stairgate and high chair.
