There are 5 steps up to the front communal door but once inside the apartment is all on one level. Two bedrooms a twin and a kingsize bed lead off the main hallway with lovely tiled family bathroom, the master bedroom also benefits from its own ensuite shower room and access to the front balcony. The main room comprises of a kitchen area and living area with dining table and comfy sofas with patio doors opening out onto the front balcony which spreads the width of the apartment. At the opposite end a door leads out into a fully enclosed high walled patio area, great for storing surfboards or bikes. Guests can enjoy the fabulous surfing beaches nearby including Woolacombe, Putsborough and Croyde or if you prefer the quieter more secluded beaches, Rockham and Barricane are only a short walk away. Breathtaking walks can be enjoyed straight from the apartment following the coastal footpath to the lighthouse and beyond, as Schooners welcomes a pet this is the ideal spot to enjoy all that this part of North Devon has to offer.
