"we booked this holiday home at short notice and it exceed all our expectations, it is a lovely holiday home in a beautiful town. Just a short stroll from the valley of the rocks and even shorter stroll from cost cutter supermarket ( open from 7-11). Property has bonus for parking for 1 car, as car parking is at a premium in Lynton. A great deal of thought had been put in by the owner to try to provide as many facilities as possible to make it a great holiday stay, Board games for children, Walking maps, broadband band connection, etc . We - three generations of the same family age range 23-83 had a fully enjoyable stay, in this property that catered for all our needs. thank you. Our only regret is it just isn't quite big enough to cater for all family ( 3 daughters + partners) otherwise we would make this an annual visit."

  • Mrs Holmes

"We all( ages 4 - 66) had a wonderful holiday at this well equipped holiday home. Being able to walk into Lynton for its shops and cafes was great and also able to walk to the local playground and the valley of rocks meant the car drivers had a well earned rest. The cliff railway is a must, the views are amazing."
