Clifton House is a spacious and very comfortable holiday home located in the picturesque village of Lynton within the Exmoor National Park on the North Devon coast. Within walking distance of all village amenities including character pubs serving good food and a variety of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. The surrounding deeply cut river valleys, wooded hillsides, high moorland and spectacular coastline abound with footpaths for those who wish to explore on foot whilst there are opportunites for riding and organised Exmoor safaris in the local area. With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room and a living room with ample seating for everyone this is a great place to get together with extended family or groups of friends.

Rooms: Ground Floor: Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen, utility area, cloakroom with WC and basin. First Floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, hand held shower WC & basin. Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC & basin

Kitchen & utilities: Electric cooker, Oil rayburn(strictly by arrangement) , microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Additional fridge in outside storage area

Entertainment: Living room: Smart TV, DVD player, CD player. 

For families: Highchair, Stairgate and Travel Cot available. 

Outside: Patio/garden area with seating and Barbeque. Secure storage for cycles and surfboards etc 

Parking: Roadside parking available and weekly parking permits can be purchased from Lynton and Lynmouth Tourist information office to cover public car parks closeby(currently £20 pw.

General: Linen and towels provided, Wifi, Oil fired central heating No smoking. Additional fridge in garage

Pets: 2 pets welcome

Notes: For smaller groups the property is available with just 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 outside of school holidays.
