Very cosy and comfortable place although it could do with a few adjustments ie bigger TV and a bigger shower cubicle and a few more knickknacks in the kitchen

We go for the ruralness and peace that this property provides ..lovely spacious cottage with good size Rear garden. Owner is there if needed for any problems.

No WiFi but good phone signal. TV channels very limited but we werenât there to watch TV. The electric shower wasnât powerful but the corner bath and plentiful hot water more than compensated. Lynmouth and Lynton and the surrounding areas are lovely. The cottage is walking distance from the bus stop in Barbrook but the lane is very steep. The pub / Thai restaurant at Lynbridge is excellent.
