Accommodation: Communal entrance and stairs to First floor: 6 steps up Living/dining room with TV, DVD and sea views.  Bedroom with Superking and ensuite bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin. Large open area with double bed for alternative sleeping. Stairs lead down to Ground floor and Kitchen with breakfast bar, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

 

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric ECO Heating. Superfast Wifi Broadband. Strictly No smoking. Regret no pets.  Allocated parking for 1 car. Patio furniture. £100 refundable security deposit.  Regret supermarket deliveries are not possible at this property.  Short breaks available, depending on season starting Friday, Monday or Tuesday only. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday from Whitsun to October.
