Fully renovated in 2015, Mariners provides a perfect retreat just five minutes away from the popular, coastal village centre of Lynmouth. A substantial Victorian semi-detached house, situated on the banks of the East Lyn River, the property boasts beautiful views over the river to the memorial gardens and a feature large open plan kitchen/dining area with its cathedral ceiling.

The village centre is just over 5 minutes away and has three pubs, a hotel and a number of tea rooms/restaurants along with an excellent fish and chip restaurant.

Within the village itself are numerous gift shops and a newsagent. Supermarkets are in Lynton along with a post office and other restaurants.

There are numerous walks to the moors, Watersmeet and Valley of Rocks.

London is 4 hours by road via the M4/M5 and A39.

The nearest railway station in Barnstaple or Minehead with connections to London (aprox 20 miles or 35 minutes by road).
