A commodious Victorian era house set superbly on the banks of the East Lyn River close to the heart of the picturesque village of Lynmouth, where Exmoor meets the sea. The ground floor has wooden floors throughout and leading off from the entrance hall is the front sitting room with stone open fireplace and comfortable sofas. The main living space at Riversdale is the spacious open plan kitchen/dining room complete with a soft seating area in front of a second open fireplace. This makes for a great place to catch up on the days events whilst preparing the evening meal. A wooden door with glass panels opens into the utility room which leads round to the shower room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom (which provides flexible sleeping arrangements). The second floor comprises a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together with a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Outside the front door you can relax seated on the wooden bench under the veranda and watch the world go by. All village amenities are within a 5 minute walk including a good selection of tearooms, pubs and restaurants and the harbourside itself. River side walks are on your doorstep and the village is a great base from which to explore spectacular Exmoor and the surrounding coastline by car.
