The cottage is just under a mile from the rugged North Devon coast at Lee Bay with access to the South West Coast Path. The cottage is stylishly decorated and has a log burner. There is a combined living/kitchen/bedroom area, plus en suite shower room. The Roost is perfect for couples and a tranquil retreat at the end of a fun filled day.

This cottage is perfect as a retreat for a couple…it is well situated for walks nearby or to access various beaches. It is really cute and cosy with the added bonus of a fabulous hot tub with stunning views! Definitely didn’t disappoint and would recommend to anyone mini g for a bit of R&R.

Secluded property which lived up to how it had been described on the web site. Enjoyed it so much we booked for 2024 whilst still there. The hot tub made it, particularly because the weather was not good.
