Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Clearwater is a very comfortable, clean, well-equipped and quiet annexe. We would definitely stay again when visiting this lovely area.

Apartment was well situated, approximately 10 minute walk into Instow, also ideally located if you wanted to drive somewhere for the day, which is what we did. The apartment was beautifully decorated to a really high standard in a quiet location, with excellent views over the estuary. Would definitely recommend and look to book again.
