A fridge freezer stands just inside the dining room close to the kitchen.

A nautical theme runs through the property depicted in photos, pictures and ornamental décor.  Stairs leading up to the first floor incorporate a fascinating stain glass panel which can also be viewed from the dining room below.  The top of the stairs brings you into the living room.  A surprisingly large floor to ceiling window allows light to fill the room, making it a bright and comfortable space in which to relax with a good book and you will find quite a few to choose from on the bookshelf.  Occasional tables and lamps help to create a cosy and inviting environment.  A door leads through into the first double bedded room which has carpeted flooring and bookshelves with a further choice of reading material.  Again a large window with wooden shutters allows in plenty of natural light.  Stairs from the living room lead up to the 2nd floor landing.  Here you can access the good sized king room with older style furnishings including wardrobe, chest of drawers and a couple of handy chairs.  Views from the large window look across to Capstone and the sea beyond.  One step down from the landing is the family bathroom with shower over the bath, shower screen, heated towel rail, WC and basin.  Bedroom 3 is also a double, although with access only available from one side this is for single occupancy.  Views from this room also look across towards the sea.

Outside stone steps lead up to a small suntrap courtyard garden with summerhouse, table and chairs.  A gas barbecue is also available for those wishing to enjoy alfresco meals on balmy summer evenings.

Located in a quiet road yet close to the High Street and just a short walk from the picturesque harbour where fishing and boat trips can be arranged and a good choice of pubs, tea shops and galleries can be found. There is much to see and do within the local area including the famous Tunnels beaches, indoor swimming pool, golf course, aquarium, museum and spectacular coastal walks to name just a few. Access to stunning surfing beaches and the wild beauty of Exmoor are also accessible within a pleasant half an hour car ride.

Bedroom 3 with double bed, for single occupancy.  Family bathroom with shower over bath, heated towel rail, WC and basin.
