The cottage offers spacious and attractive accommodation and is ideal for those wishing to experience Devon village life with the local pub serving good food and a village community store just a short walk. The spacious living room is stylishly presented with a mix of classic and contemporary furnishings, a dining area and there is a feature stone fireplace. A well equipped fully fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals at the end of a day spent on one of the wonderful sandy beaches that are just a short scenic drive, or exploring the surrounding countryside on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The delightful fully enclosed garden benefits from a BBQ station and garden furniture for dining alfresco style. A ground floor kingsize bedroom has an ensuite shower room and two first floor bedrooms are served by a family bathroom. The Shippen is the ideal location for families and groups of friends with a small games area offering table football providing fun for the young and young at heart.
