Soak up the coastal views from the dining table or relax in the designer leather recliners perfectly placed to allow you to watch the boats as they travel to and from the harbour. A large corner sofa allows you to lounge in total comfort whilst you take in a movie, however the most magical position is the balcony where evening sundowners can be enjoyed as you experience the most mesmerising sunsets over the sea. The apartment offers two superbly comfortable bedrooms, one with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, the other a twin that can be zipped together for a super-king bed on request. There is a family bathroom, separate utility room and a separate locked store to store a bike or surfboards. Walk out of the gated parking area and the town shops, restaurants are on the doorstep. Visit the famous Tunnels Beaches a short walk, the hand carved tunnels created in the Victorian times, that lead through to a sea water pool and two beautiful beaches. The pretty harbour is also within a short walk where you will find the famous Damien Hirst statue ‘Verity’ that guards over the harbour entrance. Enjoy a walk to the top of Capstone Hill, the viewpoint from the top is well worth the effort! Should you wish to venture out of the town, the magnificent beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe are a short drive, both popular with families and surfing. Take a trip to Lynton and Lynmouth and enjoy a trip on the cliff railway, or don your walking boots and explore the open moorland of Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe is a bustling seaside town situated on a beautiful stretch of North Devon coastline, with five beaches, much of it owned by the National Trust. Ilfracombe is only a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, with its rolling countryside and quaint villages. Ilfracombe's heritage harbour and quay are spectacular, with many pubs, restaurants (including three listed in the Michelin Guide 2017) and shops that create a lively, friendly atmosphere.
